Giare-choontey

Coontey
English: Memorial stone, Capel Cynon, Llandissiliogogo At a lonely crossroads up on a ridge. From an internet search it appears that Sarnicol is a Bardic name (pen-name), and one of the poet's works is 'Dic Sion Dafydd'. Each mulish fault, save one alone: A quotation from this is “Dic somehow got, that prince of fools, A vast vile progeny of mules”. He was a schoolmaster, and was born in a cottage at Capel Cynon, now called Sarnicol.
