Reggie Gibbs, né le 7 mai 1882, était un joueur de rugby gallois, évoluant au poste d'ailier pour le Pays de Galles. Reggie Gibbs a disputé son premier test match le 3 février 1906, contre l'Équipe d'Écosse de rugby à XV.

Reggie Gibbs a disputé son dernier test match contre l'équipe d'Irlande le 11 mars 1911.

Il joue 16 matchs en équipe nationale, il inscrit 18 essais et il réussit 3 transformations.

Il a joué en club pour Cardiff RFC.

Il inscrit 4 essais contre la France ce qui est toujours un record co-détenu par Reggie Gibbs, Willie Llewellyn, Maurice Richards, Ieuan Evans, Shane Williams et Nigel Walker.
